2. Non-Returnable Items

Items missing essential components or accessories.
Customized or clearance-sale items, unless defective.

3. Return Process

Provide your order number, proof of purchase, and a detailed description of the issue (photos or videos may be required for defective items).

Step 2: Return Authorization

Unauthorized returns without an RMA number will not be accepted.

Step 3: Ship the Item

Safely pack the product in its original packaging.
Include all accessories and proof of purchase in the return package.
Clearly label the package with the provided RMA number and ship it to the address specified by our customer service team.
Return shipping costs:
For defective items: CWLLC will cover return shipping costs.
For non-defective items: The customer is responsible for shipping fees.
